In 2014, as Chairperson of the POSH committee at PVR Ltd, I played a pivotal role in establishing and overseeing Internal Complaints Committees (ICS) across multiple locations. I handled all complaints and conducted awareness workshops for internal members and employees. In 2017, transitioning to a part-time consultant and external member of PVR’s Internal Committee (IC), I’ve continued to serve as a subject matter expert. I conduct periodic training programs for PVR employees, fostering a culture of awareness and compliance. Additionally, I hold current positions as a member of the IC in various organizations, actively organizing workshops and training programs to promote a safe and respectful workplace environment.

Mr. Faraz Ismail is specialist and a veteran in the field of Real Estate and Liasoning. Mr. Faraz Ismail has worked for companies such as Firoz Estate, JLL and PVR Limited. and has been instrumental in closing deals for them. In 2020 Mr. Faraz Ismail started his independent practice in the field of Business Development, Liason/Leasing and related works and has not looked back ever since.
